Shipping policy
IMPORTANT - We try to ship out same day if possible, USPS ground and Priority only.
Any purchases made from us at any time, ONCE SHIPPED, are out of our control to any country and will not be refunded.
If your tracking number has been confirmed by USPS to have been delivered,
or if it's in transit or being held by your country and their Customs, it is then out of our control and we are not responsible nor liable for stolen or lost items.
EXCHANGE PRODUCT CONDITION: A product returned for exchange must be received back to us in NEW RESALEABLE CONDITION. We will NOT exchange a product that we determine to have been opened or used.
Any exchanges require pre-authorization. If accepted by us and you would like to exchange a product, you must contact us WITHIN 2 DAYS of order delivery. You will be given return instructions. The product then must be received back to us WITHIN 5 DAYS after the issuing date of the exchange. Return freight charges are to be pre-paid by you (collect shipments will be refused). Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange order to be processed. All original packaging must be used.
Note: We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance, and delivery will not be reimbursed. All returns are subject to shipping & handling charges at your expense.
