What forms of payment do you accept?

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal payable in U.S. dollars. To prevent credit card fraud, we only ship to the credit card billing address (the address your credit card statements are mailed to). Orders cannot be processed without the correct billing address & will be canceled if the billing & shipping address do not match. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as

Our shopping cart pages are served through a secure https connection using 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit card information is encrypted when a shopper enters the credit card number in the web browser and when it is sent to the server.

Do you ship Internationally?

YES and only with very few exceptions: We do not ship to U.S. territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands) and South Africa. However, please note international shipping length will nearly ALWAYS be longer than anticipated (see below under HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY ORDER)

What are my shipping costs?

Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your order & will be calculated when you checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.

How quickly will I get my order?

USPS Priority mail typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive but is not guaranteed. Most orders go out the next business day after payment clears, Monday - Friday. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

International shipping often takes longer, please note that delivery times vary depending on country of destination and allow an EXTRA 21 days for arrival. As we have no way of tracking packages once they leave the US, please check with your local shipper/postal service to inquire as to delinquent deliveries. Depending on the arriving destinations postal and shipping regulations/customs, it is often standard procedure for items to be held from delivery. We are not liable for late deliveries or lost packages due to circumstance beyond our control.

Any purchases made from us at any time - once shipped - is out of our control to or from any county and will not be refunded.

If your tracking number has been confirmed by USPS to have been delivered or is in transit/or being help by your country and their customs, it is then out of our control and we are not responsible nor liable for stolen or lost items.

EXCHANGE PRODUCT CONDITION: A product returned for exchange must be received back to us in NEW RESALE-ABLE CONDITION. We will NOT exchange a product that we determine to have been opened or used.

Any exchanges require pre-authorization. If excepted by us and you would like to exchange a product, you must contact us WITHIN 2 DAYS of order delivery (see below "To contact Really Love it". You will be given return instructions. The product then must be received back to us WITHIN 5 DAYS after the issuing date of the exchange. Return freight charges are to be pre-paid by you (collect shipments will be refused). Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange order to be processed.

Note: We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance, and delivery will not be reimbursed. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping & handling charges.
