What forms of payment do you accept?

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal payable in U.S. dollars, Shop Pay. 

To prevent credit card fraud, we only ship to the credit card billing address (the address your credit card statements are mailed to). Orders cannot be processed without the correct billing address & will be canceled if the billing & shipping address do not match. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as ReallyLoveIt.com

Is my credit card information secure?

Our shopping cart pages are served through a secure https connection using 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit card information is encrypted when a shopper enters the credit card number in the web browser and when it is sent to the server.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, but only to Canada. 

What are my shipping costs?

Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your order & will be calculated when you checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.

How quickly will I get my order?

USPS Priority mail typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive but is not guaranteed. First Class shipping 2-5 days. Most orders go out the next business day after payment clears, Monday - Friday. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

International shipping often takes longer, please note that delivery times vary depending on country of destination and allow an EXTRA 21 days for arrival. As we have no way of tracking packages once they leave the US, please check with your local shipper/postal service to inquire as to delinquent deliveries. Depending on the arriving destinations postal and shipping regulations/customs, it is often standard procedure for items to be held from delivery. We are not liable for late deliveries or lost packages due to circumstance beyond our control.
