Refund or Return & Exchange Policy
Really love it Enterprises wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our site. Please make sure you read our policies before purchasing. Any questions please click on the contact page up top.
Any purchases made from us at any time -once shipped is out of our control if you make an order then decide once it's shipped to cancel, you will have to wait for your package to arrive and then return it and we can then refund you less shipping. If a package is lost in transit we will not issue a refund until either a claim is filed and or the package has returned to us so we can then either ship again or then decide to refund. If a package is missing or lost this can take anywhere from 2-4 months to resolve.
If your tracking number has been confirmed by USPS to have been delivered or is in transit/or being held by your country and their customs, it is then out of our control and we are not reasonable or liable for stolen or lost items.
EXCHANGE PRODUCT CONDITION: A product returned for exchange must be received back to us in NEW RE SALEABLE CONDITION. We will NOT exchange a product that we determine to have been opened or used.
Any exchanges require pre-authorization.
If excepted by us and you would like to exchange a product, you must contact us WITHIN 2 DAYS of order delivery (see below "To contact Really Love it". You will be given return instructions. The product then must be received back to us WITHIN 5 DAYS after the issuing date of the exchange. Return freight charges are to be pre-paid by you (collect shipments will be refused). Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange order to be processed.
Regarding all original packaging...
Note: We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages. You can purchase insurance by asking to do so before your purchase or during if it is possible. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance, and delivery will not be reimbursed. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping & handling charges.
