Maximum Hold Single-Sided Hair Extension Tape Strips

Maximum hold single-sided 1/2"x 8" hair extension tape strips is our new and improved very aggressive-holding hair extension tape and you can be assured this tape will not slip if you're using it as a backing for the sandwich method installs using either our maximum hold wefting or our thin line maximum double sided tape for re-wefting.

It's also great if you are applying it to a pre-made hair extension as a backing using any other double sided tape.

Our Maximum hold single-sided 8" tape strips is the perfect pre cut size for the back of your head and can be cut in half making 4" side pieces or 2" whatever works best for you. No more small tiny tape tabs.  

 Important tape use information:

This tape is used as a backing for underneath when installing the sandwich method, not used on the outside due to shine.

Using a blow dryer is fine after washing.  

Flat iron is never needed or recommended due to our tape backing is not heat resistant. what heat can do is potentially loosen the adhesive significantly, causing the tape to slide

Tips for hair extensions removal or takedowns 

It's best to use a clarifying shampoo and warm water: this is key!

After you apply your remover to your tape you should rinse off excess residue and it can take 2-3 times washing to really get all the oils out.
