REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please read the following before ordering!
Really Love It Enterprises,LLC wants you to be happy with every purchase you make at our site. Please make sure you read our policies before purchasing. Any questions? Please click on the contact page up top.
IMPORTANT
We try to ship out same day every business day when we get your order. If you're in a hurry USPS Priority Express can get it to you in as little as 2 business days! Any purchases made from us at any time and once shipped are out of our control. If you make an order then decide once it's shipped to cancel, you will have to wait for your package to arrive and then return it - we can then refund you, less shipping costs. If a package is lost in transit, we will not issue a refund until either a claim is filed and/or the package has returned to us. We can then either ship again or decide to refund. If a package is missing or lost this can take anywhere from 2-4 months to resolve.
If your tracking number has been confirmed by USPS to have been delivered or is in transit/or being held by your country and their customs, it is then out of our control and we are not reasonable or liable for stolen or lost items.
EXCHANGE PRODUCT CONDITION
A product returned for exchange must be received back to us in NEW RE-SALABLE CONDITION. We will NOT exchange a product that we determine to have been opened or used. ANY EXCHANGES REQUIRE PRE-AUTHORIZATION.
If you would like to exchange a product and it’s accepted by us, you must contact us WITHIN 2 DAYS of order delivery ( contact email- info@hairweftingtape.com )
You will be given return instructions. The product then must be received back to us WITHIN 5 DAYS after the issuing date of the exchange. Return freight charges are to be pre-paid by you (collect shipments will be refused). Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange order to be processed.
We do not refund any and all shipping fees.
REGARDING ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING
We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages. You can purchase insurance by asking to do so before your purchase or during if it is possible. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance, and delivery will not be reimbursed. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping & handling charges.
